Are sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool included in the price?

Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are included in the price. However, sun loungers and umbrellas by the outdoor pools of the the entire village area are available at an extra cost.

What is the hotel’s beach like, and is the admission to beaches free?

Entrance to all hotel beaches is restricted to people who are not guests of our wonderful hotel.
A hotel guest card with a valid date and QR code must be presented upon entry to the beach.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 13:00 (01:00PM) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive early or depart late, please contact the front desk, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we offer room service from 7:00 (07:00AM) to 22:00 (10:00PM). You can find a room service menu in your room, or call the front desk to place an order.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including in all guest rooms and common areas. Simply connect to the hotel network and follow the instructions to log in.

Do you have a concierge service?

Yes, our concierge service is available to assist you with restaurant reservations, tour bookings, transportation arrangements, and any other needs you may have during your stay. Please visit the concierge desk in the lobby or call from your room.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash. Additionally, we can process payments via bank transfer for reservations made in advance. Please contact the front desk for further details.

Is a deposit required when booking a room?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount will vary depending on the type of room and length of stay. This deposit is typically equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay and will be applied to your total bill. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review our cancellation policy for information on deposit refunds.

Is it possible to pay for the stay with a bank card upon arrival at the property?

You can pay by bank card at the hotel, as long as your room has no payment restrictions.
Normally, all guests are required to make a 100% prepayment during the process of booking their stay.

Is my bank card information secure on your pages?

Absolutely! Your card is secure. A credit card is required only as a guarantee of your reservation. Secure transaction and protection of your privacy are our highest priority. Valamar uses technology and systems that meet the highest standards of safety and security.
